Delivery Issues

Damaged Package

Take photos of the damaged package and contents. Contact the vendor immediately to report the damage.

Lost Package

If tracking shows the package is lost, contact the vendor. They will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Most vendors accept delivery to:

  • P.O. Boxes: Available for USPS shipping only
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Military addresses accepted (delivery times may vary)
  • Express Shipping: Not available for P.O. Boxes
